Live customer service and support.
When you call in to get support for your sheet music purchase, you need more than an automated recording.  At MusicTime.ca, you’ll never be answered by automated support. A real person will take your call and offer assistance on products or orders.

Returns.
You may return any product within 30 days of the invoice date and you must notify us FIRST before shipping the product back. We have to authorize the return with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and this will be provided to you after you contact us.

The RMA form must be attached to the outside of your shipment.

We will issue you a refund once the product is received at our warehouse and the return is processed. If there is any defect to the product, please mention this when you contact us.  Returned products must be in their original (brand new) condition in their original packaging (if applicable).

We will not accept returns on choral sheet music unless it is defective or we sent it in error.

Software and recorded media (DVDs, CDs, etc) may only be returned if it is in the manufacturer sealed plastic shrink wrap which was unopened.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in your shipment being refused and returned to you.
